The recipient can redeem the certificate at a time convenient for them. Gift certificates can be personalized and e-mailed directly to the recipient, or we can print and mail them for you.

Military & First Responders Appreciation
As a sign of appreciation from one former 1st Responder and his family to you and yours, we are extending a 15% discount on the regular room rates for two (2) or more nights for all active-duty military, police, fire, and EMS officers. On behalf of our community, we thank you for your service and sacrifice. Come, relax, re-energize, and let us pamper you in the manner that you deserve. This discount cannot be combined with other specials, promotions, special events or third-party gift certificates.

Procrastinator’s Paradise
Who says you won’t be rewarded for being a procrastinator? Call us and reserve a room within two days of your arrival date, and we will give you a 5% discount off the standard room rate. No special coded needed. Special must be requested at the time of reservation.

The Romance Package – Perfect for an impromptu surprise or a prescheduled visit for the one you love. Includes a seasonal fresh-cut floral bouquet, a bottle of sparkling cider, a gourmet breakfast for two, chocolate-covered strawberries or handmade truffles, and of course scrumptious homemade desserts. Add $75.00 to the original room rate.
The Deluxe Romance Package – Why not step it up a notch… infuse all of the above with a $50 gift certificate and enjoy dinner at one of Durham’s finest restaurants. Add $125.00 to the original room rate.
Spa Services – Unwind with a relaxing massage performed by our licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapists in the privacy of your own room. Let your cares melt away! Simultaneous couple’s massages are available in our larger rooms. A back-to-back couple’s massage can be done in the smaller rooms. Just inform us of your interest as you’re making your reservations, and we’ll take care of the rest. $115 for 60 minutes/pp; $145 for 90 minutes/pp
Picnic in the Park – Whether you are off to visit the Gardens at Duke or just want to have a romantic picnic in your guest room or in our garden, this package is for you. We offer a gourmet picnic basket filled with wonderful goodies such as hearty sandwiches, wraps, chips, fresh pasta, or garden salad. For your sweet tooth, we will include fresh seasonal fruit and a homemade dessert. More than enough for two. $75.00
Fire & Roses – Let us ignite the romantic passion during your visit with us. At turndown, we’ll scatter artificial rose petals from the doorway to the bed, and imagine sultry romance offered by the glow of LED candles placed around the room. $40.00

Group Packages

Gather your friends or your family for a stay at Morehead Manor Bed and Breakfast. It can be just a few rooms or the whole house for a group of up to 12. We’d be happy to help you plan a special package just for your group.

“You Go Girl” Girlfriends’ Getaway
Gather some of the girls to enjoy a weekend of complete and total relaxation. We guarantee two days with no stress-inducing bosses, co-workers, or echoes of “Mommmmmy!” Sleep in a little later and enjoy a delicious breakfast. Relax with a soothing in-suite massage or schedule spa services at a local spa. Stroll down to Historic Brightleaf Square and enjoy the unique shops. Your relaxing weekend could also include dinner at one of Durham’s fine restaurants followed by a live performance at the Durham Performing Arts Center or one of Durham’s entertainment venues.
