Snow Factory (at 760 Ninth Street) serves pan-fried Thai ice cream rolls made on a Hibachi table kept at 10 degrees below zero. Flavors include their “50 Shades of Grey” Flavor (a smooth, sweet dark chocolate ice cream blended with 1/3 real banana and rich white chocolate syrup swirl that keeps you wanting more) and their “Peanut Butter ‘N Pretzel” (a one-of-a-kind ice cream flavor with premium vanilla ice cream blended with crunchy peanut butter and salted pretzels; a perfect balance of salty and sweet that nearly everyone likes).
